Our activities and workshops help you engage your colleagues and guests with wellbeing disciplines in a fun, interactive environment. We work with organisations to help design and schedule full wellbeing packages ideal for a wellbeing initiative being held over a day, week or month. If booking a package of 3 or more activities with us we offer a free staff/guest email survey in advance of the event where we collate interest from the people who will be using the activities to find out which ones they are most interested in trying, we then feed this data back to you the organiser so you can make the most informed choice when booking activities.
Of course if you simply require a one off yoga class, nutrition talk or smoothie bike to add to a wellbeing event then we would be delighted to supply a one off activity for you.
Many of our wellbeing activities have the best effect when practised consistently, our mindfulness, yoga, pilates, ergolates and krav maga experts are all available to conduct courses of sessions to provide the most benefit to the individuals and then in turn to your organisation.
Sustainability events – our electricity generating bikes and blending bikes are a really fun way to highlight sustainability and provoke thought and discussion on the topic. For example we can build bespoke pedal powered light displays for your event that convey a unique message to your audience. Here at Being Good we actually include sustainability with wellbeing and see it as a whole – why not combine wellbeing and sustainability in one initiative at your workplace or event and get people thinking about the wellbeing of the environment as well as themselves individually.
