Nutrition is simply the supply of food considered in relation to the requirements of the body. Good nutrition is often a point of debate as diets and superfoods come in and out of fashion (and are often debunked by scientific research!), but eating well using scientifically proven approaches can dramatically benefit an individuals wellbeing. The types of food we eat and how they are processed has a significant impact on local ecosystems and our global environment so we always encourage this factor to be considered and discussed in our nutrition activities.

Tatu’s training in Central London with the College of Naturopathic Nutrition has given her an advanced understanding of food and nutrition, with a focus on combating and avoiding chronic disease states. She brings with her influences from a well travelled background having grown up in Thailand and East Africa amongst other places which is evident in her foods colour and texture.
Tatu’s focus is to bring energy and vitality to people through correct nutrition and delicious flavours. She consults both private and corporate clients, prepares meals for retreats, events and workshops demonstrating, educating and sharing her knowledge and passion.
