Pilates sessions with Being Good experts can help improve strength, flexibility, control and endurance. With a specific focus on body alignment and core strengthening it can help combat poor posture and prevent back pain. As with yoga and other similar disciplines, performing the exercises mindfully can help relieve mental stress and give a welcome break from a hectic workday!

Being Good trained pilates teachers can provide a matwork session in a clear space at your office, or if space is at a premium we can provide a session around the workspace using the walls and chairs with no need to change clothes. These are particularly useful as the exercises can then be practiced going forward during the working day.  Did someone say Tea & Pilates break?!
